Avand in vedere ca grija fata de oameni este absolut inexistenta, dupa cum bine se vede si de pe Marte, iar preocuparea pentru stiintele celeste este evidenta, dupa cum bine se vede si de pe Uranus, reprofilarea administratiei publice din Satu Mare este o oportunitate sustinuta pe deplin de toate conjuncturile astrale.
